The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is easy to reach by car from Toulouse Blagnac Airport. the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds, providing a good night's sleep. the bathroom is separate from the toilet, which is a plus. the hotel offers a well-equipped kitchen, allowing guests to self-cater if desired.

There is no chambermaid service, which could be an inconvenience for longer stays.

The location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and shops. the rooms were clean and tidy.

The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. the air conditioning was non-existent, which made for an uncomfortable stay during the hot summer weather.

Ideally situated just outside Toulouse. Bus/metro into Toulouse during the day easily. Large, well equipped rooms in a great setting.

The accommodation was excellent value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful.

could have done with a good deep clean

Close to a supermarket and easy to reach by car, this hotel had a great location. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook your own meals, and the balcony had a nice view.

The lack of housekeeping service was a letdown, especially for longer stays. The Wi-Fi was too slow to be useful, and there was no AC, so it got really stuffy inside the room.

Pleasantly quiet, just right as a stop over on the way to our destination. An excellent find. Would have benefited from a tea towel and some washing up liquid, but that's just being a bit picky. Thanks

Cleanliness and condition of the room. A practical sofa bed which was made up and ready to use. Good size balcony though it did face onto other balconies. Quiet location well away from the road. Supermarkets very close so easy for the shopping basics. Not luxurious but a decent sensible place to use as a base. Good air conditioning.

No soft furnishings other than sofa bed, so all a bit on the hard side. No kettle. Didn't use breakfast or restaurant but didn't look enticing. Website road directions from airport impossible to follow. Trick is to follow signs to Albi for most of the way until J14. No pool though it doesn't claim to have one.
